Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre offers a spacious Conference Room that seats approximately 25 people.
Make your life easier by bringing your office to us. We offer a range of services including photocopying, flipcharts, and an overhead projector screen, T.V. and video.
We offer coffee, tea, water and biscuits. A buffer may be provided on request.

Room Hire Rates
£30.00 - Half a Day
£60.00 - Full Day
50% deposit to be paid on booking. Outstanding payment to be paid 7 days before event date.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 1 month of event date or the deposit will be non-refundable.
Conditions of Hire
Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre reserves the right to alter prices without notice. Room charges are reviewed every 6 months.
Please ensure that you give the receptionist accurate numbers of those attending. This is necessary for security reasons.
At the start of the meetings the hirer should inform all attendees of the situation of the fire exits and where the assembly points. Reception should be notified of anyone that may require assistance if the building had to be evacuated.
The hirer agrees to keep all exits and passageways clear from any obstructions and to ensure that fire equipment is not tampered with.
The hirer should contact the reception if they come across any equipment that is potentially dangerous.
Any accident should be reported to the receptionist as details will be logged in the accident book.
The hirer shall take responsibility for all their equipment and personal belongings or the property of Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre while in the building.
We welcome your views on the services we provide and therefore there are evaluation sheets in each room at the start of every meeting for your valued comments.
