The Intervention Hub
The Intervention Hub is open to both male and females who are displaying/concerned about their behaviour towards their partner or a loved one.
The programme is an online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based intervention that supports individuals to tackle problem thinking and behaviour.
Through online learning (10 sessions) and session reviews with a facilitator the men can explore:
- Healthy Relationships
- Unhelpful Beliefs
- Male ‘Privilege’
- Minimising, Blaming and Denial
- Intimidation
- Using Threats
- Economical Abuse
- Using Children
- Using Isolation

- Recognising and Addressing Unhelpful Beliefs
- Avoiding the use of Violence/Safeguarding against Violence
- Minimising, Denying and Blaming
- Avoiding the use of Intimidation
- Avoiding the use of Threats and Pressure
- Avoiding the use of Isolation
- The Ripple Effect: Acknowledging Impact
- Dealing with Anger Effectively
